These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlowSeekr, a platform operated by Evenflow Worldwide LLC ("FlowSeekr," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Missouri. By creating an account, browsing job postings, applying to projects, or otherwise using FlowSeekr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. What FlowSeekr Is

FlowSeekr connects creative talent (videographers, editors, directors, photographers, and similar roles) with clients who need to hire them for projects. FlowSeekr is a marketplace and communications platform — we are not a party to any agreement between talent and clients, we do not employ talent, and we do not guarantee the outcome, quality, or completion of any project booked through the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use FlowSeekr. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not create an account using false information or impersonate another person or business.

4. How FlowSeekr Works

For talent: Creating and maintaining a public profile on FlowSeekr is free. Browsing full job details, viewing client contact information, and applying to jobs requires an active paid subscription (currently $5/month, billed on a recurring basis until canceled). Your profile remains visible to clients even if your subscription lapses or is canceled.

For clients: Posting jobs and browsing talent profiles is free. When you hire talent through FlowSeekr and mark a job as filled, FlowSeekr charges a platform fee (currently 10% of the stated project budget) in addition to whatever amount you separately arrange to pay the talent directly. FlowSeekr does not process payments between clients and talent for the underlying project work — you are responsible for arranging and completing that payment directly with the talent you hire.

We may change our pricing, fees, or subscription terms at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes before they take effect.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize FlowSeekr (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account's billing settings; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

6. Conduct and Content

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property
• Use FlowSeekr to harass, threaten, or discriminate against any other user
• Attempt to circumvent FlowSeekr's subscription or fee structure (e.g., arranging a booking off-platform specifically to avoid fees, after being introduced through FlowSeekr)
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

You retain ownership of any portfolio content, images, or other material you upload. By uploading content, you grant FlowSeekr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You're solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share whatever you upload.

7. No Guarantee of Work or Hires

FlowSeekr does not guarantee that talent will be hired, that clients will find suitable talent, or that any project will be completed successfully. Disputes about project quality, payment between talent and clients, or performance of work are between those parties — FlowSeekr is not responsible for mediating or resolving them, though we may attempt to assist at our discretion.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise pose a risk to the platform or other users. You may stop using FlowSeekr and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

FlowSeekr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evenflow Worldwide LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between talent and clients, project outcomes, or payment issues arising outside the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of FlowSeekr is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FlowSeekr will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of FlowSeekr after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
