This Privacy Policy explains how Evenflow Worldwide LLC, operating FlowSeekr ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Account information: username, email address, password (stored as a secure one-way hash, never in plain text)
• Profile information: name, location, rate, bio, tagline, avatar photo, and portfolio files you choose to upload
• Job postings and messages: project details clients post, and messages exchanged between talent and clients through the platform, including any file attachments
• Payment information: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number

Information collected automatically:

• Basic session information needed to keep you logged in (via a secure session cookie)
• Standard technical logs (e.g., request times, general error information) generated by our hosting provider

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and public profile
• To connect talent and clients — for example, showing your profile to clients, or letting a client message talent about a job
• To process subscription payments and platform fees
• To send you transactional emails (e.g., welcome emails, payment notifications) related to your account
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who We Share Information With

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate FlowSeekr. Each only receives the information necessary to perform its specific function:

• Stripe — processes subscription payments and stores your payment method securely; we do not have access to your full card details
• Airtable — stores your account, profile, job posting, and message data on our behalf
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (e.g., welcome emails, payment notifications) on our behalf
• Vercel — hosts the FlowSeekr application and processes standard technical request logs

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FlowSeekr, our users, or the public.

Other users of FlowSeekr can see certain information as part of normal platform functionality — for example, clients can see a talent's public profile and portfolio, and a client's contact information and job budget become visible to talent with an active subscription once they're unlocked, per how the platform is designed to work.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we'll delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain certain records (e.g., for tax or legal compliance).

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can access and update most of your profile information directly through your account dashboard. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete your account and associated data, contact us at legal@flowseekr.com. We'll respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and using secure, reputable third-party providers for sensitive functions like payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

FlowSeekr is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy here with a new "Last updated" date.
